CHILDREN AND HOMEOPATHY The small sweet pills, which children love to eat can
cure most of their ailments.Homeopathy offers
solution to most of the
diseases of children.Mothers don’t have to worry about
how to make their child swallow the bitter medicine. Sometimes the
child gets cold, fever ,but after administering homeopathic medicine the
mother should not panic if the fever does not come down immediately.Have
patience, do sponging with cold water, and your baby will be better. Yes, you
can’t see your child suffering and you want to
bring down the fever soon, but I feel one should not administer antibiotics
too frequently. Homeopathic medicines will improve your child’s
resistance power. He will fall sick less often. If the medicine is selected carefully taking your child’s history, i.e his milestones,
his nature, his behaviour, cure will take place. BEHAVIOURAL DISORDERS
IN CHILDREN It is a common trend as soon as the baby is three months old ,the mother leaves the baby in a crèche and joins her office. There is a sudden change in baby’s routine, the baby has to adjust to new people, new surroundings, breast feeding timings are changed,or sometimes the baby gets breast feeding only at night. Some babies adjust well, other’s don’t.They can understand mother’s warmth, her touch and suddenly when they don’t see their mother for hours they feel insecure. Sometimes this insecurity remains even as the baby grows older. This sometimes results in bed wetting even as the child grows up. Sometimes if you change your maid or the person who is
looking after the child goes away, this may also
affect your child. You may see that your child gets
angry very soon, cries for small reasons, sometimes he may even throw his
toys in anger, becomes irritable.Initially there is
disturbance in mind, then physical ailments will
follow. Try to spend more time with your child especially on weekends, give him your
attention, your love and affection. Homeopathic medicines act on mental level and will cure his behavioural disorder so that physical ailments don’t follow.
